Mr Luke founded ROI in 2005. He has over 28 years in the oil industry, with extensive experience in service sector management, operations, engineering and marketing. Working for 13 years with Sedco and Sedco Forex - Schlumberger in 14 locations, spanning nine countries in North and South America, Europe, Africa, India and the Far East, Mr Luke then joined Oceaneering Production Systems in 1983, where he was primarily responsible for eastern-hemisphere field development business based in Singapore and Australia.
