Mr Lesiuk joined ROI in 2008, bringing worldwide industry operations and management experience spanning over three decades. Mr Lesiuk began his career as a drilling engineer with Woodside and thereafter joined Sedco, Inc. in 1980, assigned to deepwater drilling operations. Mr Lesiuk’s career progression with successive companies, Sedco Forex, Schlumberger and Transocean, engaged him in varied and increasing responsibilities which included sub-sea engineering, field supervision of drilling operations, rig manager, HSE and training manager, management of multiple rig operations, International Client Account management, Division Business Manager and Business Unit Director of Marketing and Contracts. Mr. Lesiuk’s assignment prior to joining ROI was Director of Operations and Performance for the Transocean Asia Pacific & Middle East Business Unit based in Singapore.
