Rubicon Offshore International's business focus is on the cost efficient and incident free development and operation of offshore oil and gas fields. Rubicon management is fully committed to conducting operations in a manner in which the health and safety of all personnel and minimal impact to the environment is of equal importance as the group's business objectives. Consequently, all Rubicon line managers are accountable for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) performance, with the group's CEO having ultimate accountability to the Board of Directors for the implementation of this policy.

All Rubicon employees, subcontractors and other personnel on Rubicon facilities are required to operate within the Rubicon HSEQ Management System (HSEQMS) to protect themselves, their colleagues, the environment and our assets.
