Shane Bosma

General Counsel

Mr Bosma started out in 1992 as Corporate and Commercial Advisor with Clayton Utz in Australia, before joining Coflexip Stena Offshore as General Counsel Australia and Senior Commercial Lawyer in Aberdeen, Scotland. He then held the position of Senior Counsel at the Dubai Petroleum Affairs Department, providing legal support to the Crown Prince of Dubai. After a spell with Qatar Petroleum, Mr Bosma joined ROI in 2007 as General Counsel.
